The work does not start or end at the solution point. We have to start by identifying and understanding the problem. Then we can solve it, but we still want to make sure we set prevention measures for the future. This is our problem solving sandwich.

Problem Finding
This is the step that brought you here. You recognized that something was up, and you might have an idea of what it is or you might not. Either way, this is where THA enters.
We use our initial consultation and interviews with important stakeholders (internal or external) to help identify or confirm the problems that need our partnership.

Problem Understanding
During this step, THA gets all in your business (we sign NDAs!). We want to know all about your company’s history, wins and challenges.
We will take a look at your business plans, financial reports, organization chart, policies, procedures and any other documents you deem relevant. We will also take a look at your competitors or similar companies in your industry to help understand what other companies are doing better or worse than you.

Problem Solving
This is the step you’ve been waiting for! THA will take what we know and what we learned to make a suggestion to solve your problem.
We will offer an initial proposal to your problem, and offer you a chance to make any edits or adjustments. Again, we are partners so we want to make sure we are collaborating on the solution by taking in your thoughts and perspectives. Then THA will give a final proposal that considers any other needs or wants.

Problem Preventing
This step is an added value step. Once we’ve solved your problem, THA will offer suggestions on how to prevent similar problems in the future.
We will offer ideas that we think will help you be more successful in the future, including things like training, new systems, more efficient processes, and monitoring tools.
